Rich Kuban is a genius.  Hiring him and Closet Experts makes me look like a genius.  Closet Experts has successfully and expertly completed over 20 projects for me since 1991.  I wish there were more.  Each undertaking has been a superior experience from the initial contact to schedule through the installation. 

Rich is a magician.  He can find space anywhere.  He discusses the client's needs to ensure that the final project will meet their needs, draws creative, easy to understand designs, provides a quality product in a variety of finishes and installs it quickly and cleanly.  The installation is unique; Closet Experts pre-fits the elements together in the shop speeding up the on-site job while minimizing the surprises that can sometimes ruin an appointment.  The work is fast thus reducing client time commitments and inconvenience.

This may be weird to hear, but every morning I think of Closet Experts.  How can I not, when I walk into my closet and everything fits, is organized, and is visible!  I cannot say enough nice things about the work Closet Experts did in my closet.  Everything worked out great.  You arrived on time, worked very efficiently and in a short time converted a messy closet into an organized well functioning dream space.  And the area was left clean and in move in condition!

The hamper is my favorite, and then the shoe drawers.  I am never afraid of hanging something up and having the rod bend or possibly fall.  The quality of materials is top notch and the ease in changing the shelves very helpful.  It looks a little different then when you left and I am sure will evolve into something different with time.  But that is the beauty of the system, it can change as needed!

I do plan on using you in the future and continue to tell my friends of your fine work.

We first worked with Rich and Closet Experts through a builder who built a home for my wife, Barb, and I in 1990. When I built another home with another builder two years later, I used Closet Experts again even though they were not that builder’s recommended closet contractor.  Rich has always taken the time to respond with my and my family’s best interest at heart.  Over the years we have continued to use Closet Experts to organize other areas of my home, including our garage.  Now as my four daughters are moving into their own places, we continue to work with Closet Experts.
